Investment Strategy Committee

As a first step toward a collaborative approach to statewide transportation priorities, WSDOT and the state’s MPOs and RTPOs formed the Investment Strategy Committee. The Committee has met 11 times between July 2020 and September 2022. In these meetings the committee established a mutual understanding of:

The committee’s 27 members include 16 of the 18 RTPOs/MPOs in Washington as well as key staff from WSDOT. They will continue to meet throughout the 2021-23 biennium.
